This is a simple keto recipe made in an air fryer. I used homemade pickles, which are really easy to make, I'll post a recipe eventually. I used grass-fed Australian cheddar from Aldi. It's not available year round, but it's in stock frequently. I used homemade ranch with avocado oil mayo. I have a recipe posted here.

Chicken Pickle Poppers

Procedure:

Cut the chicken thigh into 5 strips. Place next to a strip of cheddar and pickle and wrap with bacon. Season with any all-purpose seasoning. Air fry at 400 degrees until bacon is fully cooked - 10-20 minutes. Chicken must be at least 165 degrees. Serve with ranch.
