The hardest part for me when losing weight was controlling my cravings for fast-food. What I did was I figured out how to make low calorie of these foods in an air fryer. Pork Panko is a nice hack for air-frying. It simply consists of ground pork rinds. You can order it off the Walmart app and have it the next day. While ground pork rinds may sound unhealthy, they have 10g of protein and 1 g of saturated fat, and 7g of that protein is collagen protein. To make things better, your fried foods will come out juicy and taste like they’ve been deep fried in lard, despite having far less calories than actual deep-fried food. For the ranch I use Chosen Food Avocado Oil mayonnaise. This is a reputable brand that makes high quality avocado oil products. You should avoid low quality avocado oil mayo.
