This is based on a dish I had at an Italian restaurant, which would serve Italian food in a dish with mozzarella cheese melted on top of it. It uses Pork Panko instead of bread crumbs. Pork Panko is a product that you can find off the Walmart app. It is high in collagen protein and will make your air-fried foods taste like they were deep-fried in lard, while having nowhere near the same amount of calories. And while chickpea pasta is not the best tasting pasta, it is the healthiest, and if you cook it just right it's a decent substitute for the real thing. You can buy pre-made marinara sauce, but I recommend making it yourself. Start with a can of crushed tomatoes(I recommend Muir Glen organic fire-roasted). Then add fresh chopped basil, a little extra virgin olive oil, and salt. This is your base for a marinara sauce and all you actually need. You can roast some garlic in a pan, and add this sauce and add seasonings like onion powder or an italian herb blend, or whatever you feel like.

This recipe has around 500 calories and 50g of protein.

Baked Chicken Parmesan and Chickpea Spaghetti

Procedure:

Flatten 4 oz of chicken breast with a meat tenderizer. Put Pork Panko in a dish and add any seasoning you like. Dip the chicken breast in the Pork Panko, then air fry for 22 minutes at 400 degrees. Prepare the pasta according to directions. Put the fried chicken and pasta on an oven safe dish, top with marinara sauce, then top with the cheeses, then garnish with herbs. Broil in an oven until the cheese turns brown and bubbles.
