Broccoli Crust Pizza(keto)
This is both a keto recipe and a delicious way to eat your vegetables. Most people make cauliflower crust, but broccoli crust is very underrated. I think it actually tastes better personally. It sounds weird, but broccoli and cheese is a great combination, just try it.

Ingredients:
Broccoli Crust:
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 egg
- 2 cups frozen broccoli
- 1/4 cup Keto-friendly marinara sauce
- Pinch of salt
Toppings:
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella
- Meat and vegetables(pepperoni, ham, bacon, onions, jalapenos, banana peppers, pineapple, Italian sausage, etc.)
- Fresh-shaved parmesan
- Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
- Sprinkle of dried basil
- Fresh cracked black pepper
Instructions:
- Measure out 2 cups of frozen broccoli. Then thaw it out, the final measurement will be about 1 cup. Mix with an egg and shredded mozzarella. Spread out on parchment paper. Bake for 10-15 minutes, flipping towards the end if desired to crisp the other side.
- Top with marinara sauce. Sprinkle most of the cheese on top. Top with meat and vegetables. Sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella and shaved parmesan. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Top with dried basil and fresh black pepper.
- Bake or air-fry at 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese starts to brown and is bubbly. Let cool for a few minutes, then slice into six slices.
