A simple pressure cooker soup that only takes 5 minutes to cook and is low enough in carbs to be considered keto. Anyone who has played the game The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim will probably recognize apple cabbage soup. This adds bacon to give it a great flavor. Low in calories but surprisingly satiating. Can be served over bread for a non-keto version with more calories.

Cook Bacon: Sauté the bacon in the pressure cooker on the sauté setting until fully cooked. Leave the fat in.
Add the rest of the ingredients: Add apple, cabbage, broth, and all the spices. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
Cook: Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. Release the steam vent. Make any final adjustments to the seasoning and the soup is ready to eat.
